@spork: Well, it's a light blue. You can still read the text, but it's annoying and distracting and definitely doesn't make it easier to read. :P

Gotcha. Yeah, you know, if I was a person who decided who got published and who didn't, a manuscript on blue, or any non-white shade, of paper would immediately go into the circular file.
