She asked me to change "step-mother" to "stepmother." Yeah, fine...EXCEPT THAT I DID THAT IN THE LAST ROUND OF EDITS!!!!! Any idiot with working eyes and the ability to read a sentence can see that it does, in fact, say "stepmother" on the indicated page in the proof.

Not only did this idiot completely waste my time (I had to write everything up and copy and paste the relevant edits from the last round, plus the corrected sentence), she gave me totally incorrect, non-existent line numbers!!!! She keeps entering "Line 50" when the maximum number of lines per page is 32.

There is no way in hell that any page in the book could consist of 50 freaking lines!!!! SHE CAN'T EVEN F---ING COUNT NUMBERS NOW!!!!!!
