Do you think it was a bug, or was it that you accidentally cut yourself off from content by choosing a specific path in the game? That would be really weird, like having a path to get through KOTOR without ever finding out that you're Revan (assuming the statute of limitations has passed on that one).

I'm fairly sure it was a specific path option. The spoiler is the sort would be elaborated in an investigate option, but I think my choice prevented me from getting that option. And... maybe a related lack-of-spoiler was because I didn't have high enough approval with someone?

It was far more of a background lore plot twist than the core plot, so it's not a Revan-type of twist.
