Eh. It is, but it isn't. It was harder than it should have been, on account that I haven't been doing m(any) long ruck marches and so I lost my marching callouses long ago. On the other hand, the worst part was having to walk through unplowed snow on a sidewalk. The worst part of rucking isn't the verticle pressure of the weight of a ruck (which is mostly on the shoulders and back), but the slipping of your feet against socks and boot. That's was sloughs skin away.

That still sounds really tough, though, especially to a dude who's most physically strenuous regular activity consists of stroking my non-existent beard. Nice work.
