I haven't played as Byz yet, so no dicks cut off or eye gouged out. And I mostly don't kill kids - child rulers are the gateway to pressing weak claims.
But I've sat amazed at the brilliance of the CK2 Reddit thread about weaponizing incest. And for that, I'm sure there is a special place in the afterlife for all of us. Lol

If hell is just playing more CK2 then I am fine with going there.
And you still need the Rome dlc for getting rid of useless eyes and dicks.
