not sure he is incompetent, but not good for transfert anymore. Anyway, he has only been good at that with the French winning WC1998. Now he faces suspicion from wc player for not being able to gather a competitive team. i dont think any wc player wld come to arsenal at this point. Only young or vindictive (dzeko or even falcao wld have fit there)
No cover for coquelin seems a bit to much though, i m pretty sure he has smtg in mind if he fails to recruit.
