Where I work, we are in the middle of organizing a union. We are being fought tooth and nail the whole way, it's part of the reason I don't spend much time here or playing xbox like I used to. Election is Sept. 24&25. Win or fail I'll be happy when this is over.

@B00g13 do you think its acceptable then to try and do a week and a half's worth of work in just over a day? Simply because some moron forgot to inform the team about a deadline?

@Smekie good for you man, it's amazing what some companies think they can get away with because there's no union present

Yikes!!! It happens though, just as long as it isn't a regular thing. I ended up working 19 straight days a month or so back, because I had to cover someone on holiday as well as other people's fvckups, abandoning my own project for well over a week in the process. Now that deadline is hitting me hard.
