The tutorial on how to merge plugins is in youtube video by the mod description. Now you can use the program (with this script) to merge plugins, save some space, but you should know that not every mods is mergable. I suggesting using this with minor mod or script-free mod only, and don't forget to backup your file and load order.

I have a lot of texture mods installed, several weapons and armor mod, but I rarely use house mods or new follower mods (beside Interesting NPCs). Guess I stuck with Breezehome fullyupgradable. XD
