If the teaser for the next episode is correct something may not have happened in said episode.

I need to re-watch it anyways, I was a bit busy during the original showing, but I liked how they handled the scenarios.

True, but Sarah (Shaw's actress) is pregnant, which is why they needed her gone for a few eps at least. She might come back, but if so not in the first eps :/
