ME3 is great! and looks much better on PC than what I remember watching it on X360. I preferred Normandy the way Cerberus designed it. The ME3 one is a bit... complex

I hope there is a mod that allows Shepard to jump around like the Inquisitor

Got Mass Effect 3! That and another playthrough of DAI should keep me occupied till Arkham Knight

Need some suggestions which DLCs to get.. I thought getting N7 Deluxe Edition would get me the game with DLCs..
Arkham Knight looks very promising. Also going to watch friend play Witcher 3. Won't spend money on a gloomy game world. Another interesting game is '****** of the Orient', at least the title

The Deluxe Edition is one of the launch versions before any DLCs, so they aren't included. Anyway Citadel is 'absolutely must get' DLC. Its one of the best parts of ME3. Leviathan provides some interesting backstory to the reapers. Its pretty good. Omega is a fun romp with Aria, but you dont use your other companions on it. You get new ones for that story. I like all three, but Citadel is the one to get if you want more quality time with your friends and romances from the series.

Thank you :) Getting Leviathan and Citadel then. Does Omega have awesome music like ME2's afterlife?

Replaying Mass Effect 2 to take a break from fantasy world. Missing the "Ping to look for loot". Also wondering whether to pick up ME3..

If you enjoyed ME2 enough to replay it, you should definately have played ME3 by now. Don't believe the negative hype.

ME2 is probably my all time favourite game. I must have have replayed it 2-3 times. Yea.. will get ME3 and not think about the infamous ending everyone talks about

I didn't really care for the ending. But a bad 10 minutes doesn't really take away from hundreds of enjoyable hours I spent in the trilogy getting there. Honestly it was never going to have a satisfying ending. You're a normal sized human with a gun fighting thousands of skyscraper sized cuttlefish. Any solution to that was going to be silly. :P

Thanks! rushed through the first playthrough to know ALL about the story. Also the fact that in that world, Hero warden was a lady elf who gave her life killing archdemon - wasn't me! :(

Anyone played Divinity: Original Sin and felt like it was an isometric combat demo with a boring story?

lol - considering that I've been hearing that it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, I thought there was a bit more to it story-wise. Hafen't played it but have thought about getting it to see what the fuss is all about (people have made the combat sound interesting).

Combat is very fun. It is turn based but very well made, especially the cute ice elemental but it got boring fast because there was nothing else in the game.

lol - did you use a Jar of Bees or two?
déc. 10 2014 07:37 -

yeaa! So close to a win and then killed by bees! That defeat would have stung the duchess

Basically if you have over 85% approval rating you are allowed to publicly expose the duchess in a showy style which impresses the party and lets you resolve things without fighting the duchess or everyone dying. If your rating isn't that high your only options are to let Celene die or have Cullen try and surround the duchess. If you go that way you have to fight her. Having done it both ways I actually prefer the fight option because it leads to some amazing cutscenes.

...And it also fighting her leads to one of the funniest bits I've seen in game afterwards, during the 'Trial' sequence. Highly reccomended. You may also get it if you execute her in the 'showy' ending. But not sure.

Oh! I only managed to get around 35 ( I had more but the Inquisitor tried to be like Sarcastic Hawke and lost at least 20-30%). Hope to get to those cutscenes soon as the only cutscene I am getting now is being cut and stabbed by the duchess. She is so powerful it makes me want to play Cole more to see if he can be as good an assassin

It was nicer than I thought it would be for an underground outpost (probably even nicer if there weren't darkspawn around, hah!).

There was a place there.. Just when I entered.. I looked up there was a waterfall and on top there was a wooden bridge. Smashing view. Darkspawn are lovely little things compared to the great bear.

The game's PC rating improved on metacritic after pirates cracked it. Not implying some pirates were giving it zero for not working 'properly' on their PC

If I got the same copy as others, I remember 'savior of RPGs' Witcher having fetch-quests, button mashing combat and soft-porn in the guise of romance.

But to be fair, Witcher did have the better character creator.

"willful ignorance" the term I was looking for. I really wonder how they played DA:O.. Acorn to poet tree, Wolf pelt to Cammen, Scarf of that warewolf.. If it was in DA:I, Probably they'd say the Grey Warden joining ritual was a fetch quest too

Every game dev should release a warning "This game is not meant for those still in the 90s - gaming taste and hardware-wise"

Except for those new games that are meant for those who miss the 90s. (i.e. Pillars of Eternity, etc.)

lol just checked that.. yea, it won't work out well for them if they say that. Seems interesting though.. bit like Divinity : Original Sin
