Wondered where you have been lately. I heard , that you need to play the prequels in order to understand the story. Haven´t done this so far. Besides, I would need to upgrade my graphiccard to play it.

Yeah, I played both previous games before and even read some of the books. It's true it would be hard to follow the story without that.
As for the hardware, I too thought I wouldn't be able to play it, but I was pleasantly surprised. If you can play DAI on your rig, you'll be able to play TW3 no problem.
