For the second time, I've had a moderator file a report claiming that I said something I did not say, only to have them delete the proof of what I actually said.

And it wasn't even a rules violation. We used to be able to address issues like this, and deal with them by actually having them communicate with us.

I've heard a several stories at this point from people getting warning points for things posted by other members, or warning points for threads they never posted in, at all. It would be nice if there was a senior staff member who could take charge when they bring in new people and try and set some kind of example for how to do the job. The way they handle it now doesn't encourage them to figure out how to do the job, because there is never any followup on any of their mistakes.
