    I think the shader setting has match another texture setting to avoid plastic hair. Might need to be on ultra too. The last patch was supposed to fix that.

    ^^Oh.. okay... i have to go back in and check all the graphic settings again. Thank you :D I still think the hat is stupid!! LOL
