Not sure what your $ situation is, but Cowboom dot com has Xbox 360 Slim 250GB model for $100 as a deal of the day right now. I paid $150 for mine (with 1 year warranty) from them like 2 weeks ago and mine has run great so far.

I guess I've been pretty lucky and have only replaced Xbox 360 once and never had to replace my copy of ME3.
