    You need to see the Light, get it har har. Srs though its sinful that you haven't played it yet! Cranking up my annoying meter by 10% here.

    Argent, the easiest way to hijack an Atlas, as far as I can remember, is at the end of ME3 when you attack the Cerberus (fighter?) base.
