Well, I know there are several BioWare employees who loathe coming on here, precisely because of the atmosphere and the dickheads, and only pop their head in when a colleague goes "hey you gotta have a look at this thread."

The way I see it though, you'll see this kind of toxicity, if somewhat milder, all over the internet. It's an abomination that it is allowed, but it is, all over the internet.
