 Hey, am trying to work something out regarding ME1 imports... specifically, what the starting resources are based on, and whether it's specific to a career or to an entire account.

So far, I've been able to figure out the following:

• ME2 starting level is based on the level of the *specific* career you import.
• ME2 starting Paragon/Renegade is based on the morality of the *specific* career you import
• Money is based on the Rich Achievement for the entire account (ie if you have one Rich ME1 character, all subsequent ME1 imports are "rich")

Is the resource thing based on an achievement for finding all the ME1 minerals? Or is it based on career?

Thanks for the heads up; am just wondering if it's worth starting a new ME1 file and wandering round on the Mako looking for minerals.

It's global to saves and based on finding the requisite amounts near as I can tell.

Thanks very much! I couldn't remember if there was an achievement for finding all the ME1 mineral deposits or not, and while there was plenty of information on levels, morality and starting money in ME2, couldn't find what resources were based on.
