You don't get what I am saying. Banter gives us insight in her, but not into her feelings for Shepard. There is no hints, nothing at all. Then all of a sudden Kelly tells us she wants Shepard. Least with Garrus it flows very good and not awkward, but Tali I can't say that. Meh each to there own I think. I just think Tali was just added for the fans and it was porrly done, and creepy.

Well he doesn't say he wants to die, but he's pretty obviously humiliated and depressed.  I think that's a pretty natural reaction to getting shot down by somebody you care about.

I think that a large part of the reason Jack latches onto Shep so strongly because she is damaged - she is a deeply scarred woman with the emotional maturity of a child. Best to not cheat on her, because she would either be suicidal or homicidal.

Well if she does anything in ME3 that remains to be seen...but I found the whole break up with her to be pretty hilarious, from that point on you go to talk to her and all you get is "F*ck off!"

Yah, I bet a jock would find a geeky girl creepy if she flirted with him. Difference in personalities do that kind of stuff. As someone who enjoys geeky girls, I didn't find it creepy. Jack was a tad creepy at times, but that's intentional I think.

I'm glad I didn't make a Femshep, or Jacob would have creeped me the hell out. I remember laughing my butt off watching his romance scene on Youtube.

And is it any wonder that Garrus is utterly humiliated by the rejection, after all it was Shepard's idea to begin the relationship in the first place.

What with the " We could ease stress together" dialogue option.

I doubt Garrus even thought about Shepard in that way until she mentions this, and then all the awkward conversations about it leading up to the romance scene, only to be rejected at the last minute.

Of course he was humiliated!

It's the classic dating sim scenario. It's not a bad thing to see people get so devoted - that just means Bioware did their job well!

Exactly, I took Thane's response as sweet and understanding, and I didn't think Garrus was heartbroken/suicidal, more a mixture of disappointment and relief.   I think Jacob is hurt (ego broken?) , resentful and angry but then, fair enough, with the way Fshep talks to him like he's a piece of meat, I guess he's entitled to feel like she pulled a bait and switch.  

And definitely, the most fun to turn Jacob down.    Which female is the most fun to dump? And really, shouldn't there have been an option on the Intercom to "not call" someone as a way to dump them to avoid the awkward conversation?

Might have been my fault. I said when you initlaly reject him, he sounds liek he doesn't want to live, by which I mkeant Brandon Keener sounds super depressed. Meant that in a teenage girl 'I hate my life!' way, not trying to cause offence.

But, yes. I can't listen to Keener deliver those lines. It depresses me. (damn you, youtube!)

Done for the fans? Fine I'll give you that, in fact I'll take it a step further and say that the whole reason she's even in the game is because of her legion of fans. And that's perfectly fine and does not in any way shape or form support what you're saying here.

Oh by the way, other things you're wrong about: Garrus is totally awkward when it comes to sex and fem shep even calls him out on it.

You misunderstand, I'm not flaming you because you don't like Tali. Honestly, she has no place in ME2 as far as I'm concerned, her place in the story is utterly contrived and feels completely out of place.
