I thought I'd start this thread, list your bugs here (If there is another topic on this I apologize in advance).
1. I've deleted all my online screenies, yet DA:O shows I have 28 out of 9 uploaded. The screenshot threshold when the game launched was 500 it has reduced to 9 according to the in-game profile.
2. After deleting a character from my game and on the web-site His achievements are still being shown.
2b. Also, they are still being shown via the in-game profile.
2c. Shouldn't they, the achievements, have been removed both in-game and on my online profile when the above character was deleted in both places?

PS: I've turned off auto-uploading of screenies in-game.
