Have you been watching the forum since Awakening hit the shelves? There are numerous threads about the bugs, and more are still coming. I can safely bet you right now that if you combined all their pages into one super thread, they'd easily dwarf the size of any of the love threads currently in existence. (Well, aside from the Tali thread for ME2 but that's another monster entirely.) Not to mention a lot of the posts on those love threads are made by the same twelve-twenty people when you really get down to it.nick05son wrote...
for example i think its funny that there is 500 pages on the romantic appeal of zevran lol...i dont think its a big deal but did you play awakening? technically it was horrendous while the story was ok (didnt like the epilogue) ...but if more people are complaining about your love interest not returning in a friggen expansion than the actually quality itself than there is something to be said about the state of gaming.
I know it seems like romance matters more to most people, but that's just because romance fanatics tend to stick to one thread - keep in mind that I consider myself a romance fanatic to some degree -as opposed to people complaining about the bugs who tend to make a new one whenever they feel incensed enough to do so. Plus, you also have to consider that there's an entirely separate forum for bug reports which helps to split most of the threads that might be posted.

People are just voicing their opinions on the subjects. Some people like the romances. I have seen no one posting that they are the be all and end all of the games, just that they add pleasant flavor.
Frankly I was more upset my damn mabari wasn't around to even just guard Vigil's keep than if my romanced partner was in the expansion and I was more upset about the bugs and the lack of continuity in the game to be worried about romances.
Probably also makes a difference that my Cousland girl got to see Alistair for a brief cameo in it. I get the feeling those complaining would have been quite content with just that or even some codex with an explanation where their companion was. Its the lack of continuity not kissy face action they are mostly vocal about.

I won't hold my breath on DLC romance pack thing till I see it. Seems to me that wouldn't sell too well actually considering there are a lot of DA fans who just like the fighting too. I don't know what the statistics are for those who are into the romances
(For the record I DO like the romances but as added flavor not as a be all and end all for my game) I like continuity more though. That was my biggest disappointment with the expansion. that and the sucky dialogue system. and that crappy silverite mines bug with the inventory getting lost

When I buy a product which is technically not working or not working as it should work, then I would certainly not complain about a missing minor matter.
I'd rather try to convince the manufacturer of this product to make it running properly ASAP.
What's the deal with a nice romance in a game, when this game is - at least for many gamers - close to unplayable?

yea i cant believe dog wasn't back are they serious, lol put him in a corner at least with a dog house idc just have him there.
LOL could you imagine Dog and SerPouncealot in some cute little cutscenes? Maybe something with him chasing the cat (or the cat chasing him) and then another with them all cuddled up asleep or something. They missed out on major cute factor there.

I could explain to you how the Zevran thread came about and has gone on, but you don't rate the time.
Sorry you have a buggy game. I can play mine just fine. Maybe get a less crappy system to run yours on?

It is so sad to see the amount of people whining about love interests in this game love interests really...are you kidding me? there are more threads in this damn forum about stupid LIS than the amount of bugs and usless patches that fix nothing....Awakening dont even get me started on that bug fest..this is probably why bioware fixes nothing because they know people are happy as long as that have a virtual character to kiss over and over..wtf is happening to the state of gamers?
Could it be that this is the Campaign quests and storylines forum and not the technical forum. Go there and you may find posts on bugs and the like.

OMG that would be so cute and adorable to see lmao. Imagining actually being able to see that interaction makes me want to ask Bioware how could you not put dog in
As far as bugs for Awakenings I did find 1 on my second playthrough and it's been mentioned in a couple of other threads about where your arms are at wierd angles. Mine where out in front of me as if I was holding both my weapons in my hand and they were stuck there but I was able to save and relaod it and they were back to normal.
I'm still having the problem at the end after the epilogue where it says what happened, my game keeps relooping on killing the Mother and walking away scene. I have to literally hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get out of the game and that was with both playthroughs on my PC.
