I have a live in girlfriend, I am not lacking romance in any part of my life. However, some people complain about

1. Lack of Romances Choice
2. Lack of interaction with Party Members
3. Some upset with how "easy" they think the game is
4. Other's upset at the ending of the game

Bioware games have every aspect in them, that makes it a great game. If you are playing an RPG, and in the first one you are able to romance two seperate females, while doing so you start to have a bond with them. You get the pleasure of seeing their reaction to your romance, or their jealously if you eye other people

When you remove the romance choice, it feels like a void. Makes it feel stale, part of what makes Bioware so great is their attention to detail, their actions and reactions to that. Now when you remove romances, you are removing an RPG part of the game. Personally, I found it funny when you romance one person, your mate would get jealous. Real emotions come from that, why wouldn't you want a game where you can romance. It's not just romance it's about all the emotions that come with it

The only issue I have with the topic starter is punctuation. I would prefer to see an adequate use of capital letters as well.

WTF, Ladies and Gentlemen, WTF, I ask you. WTF is happening to the state of gamers, if they can not even write without ellipsis popping out after each sentence ?

Good chap, no one will listen to you accusations until you start writing in coherent manner.

P.S If you are not a native speaker, then do not pay attention to my rant. Oh wait; I do not remember any of the IE languages using ellipsis in such a manner. I am pretty much sure it holds true for non IE languages as well.

Lol! Nah, that's a native speaker. Only people who grew up with a language care to look like they can't speak it.

I fail to so how this is the sad state of gamers. <_<

When I was playing Awakening, sure there was a decent amount of bugs here and there, but not enough to completely take me out of the game.

Honestly if I were given the choice in the next patch to either fix the bugs or add romances and more character development I would easiy choose the second option because I don't really care about the minor glitches the game has.

I suggest researching the word "dynamic" and the phrase "mass appeal". If you can wrap your brain around these concepts then maybe, just maybe you'll understand DA:O forum posts.

I'm sorry, do you have some sort of disability that prevents you from seeing anything except for what you want to see? Perhaps you've been in a coma the past two weeks? All the "complaining" about romances was done prior to the release, since then I've seen very few complaining about the lack of romances and instead focusing on the more unexpected shortcomings of the expansion. Of course this is if one assumes people wanting romances in the game is bad, which it's not. It's an aspect that has become a staple in Bioware games and seeing a game without it is somewhat odd and because of this there are some people who will inherently be disappointed by it's absence.

Had you read any part of that thread instead of trolling there, you'd see lots of complaints about awakenings, and they're not focused on whether or not Zevran was in the expansion.  That thread has been active for months -- WAY before awakenings came out.  So we chat there.  I'm not sure what your point is bringing it up.  It's not like Bioware looked at it and decided to make game changes based on what Zevran fans talk about!

Might I suggest kindly that there is an entire forum devoted (several actual) to issues with the game? Whether its bugs/bad coding/crashes or things that are simply not implemented well - I believe the Technical forums were created for that reason.

Your entire point is therefore moot. You are complaining because a Campaing and Storyline SPOILER forum is dedicated to Campaign and Storyline SPOILER type things.

So would I, Ejoslin. Unfortunately, judging from the treatment Zevran got in the DLC and the Awakening chapter, they are planning quite the opposite from what the fan-girls envision.

not every one in the zevran romance topic even romances him...we also tend to go off topic ALOT (hell at one point we ended up talking about Buffy the vampire slayer for a while)

I dont' read comics (though I used to and as an adult as well). I know they continued it as "buffy season 8" in a comic series but I have never seen/read that.

nooo spoilers! we are only up to volume 5 here!
i just ordered for the price of one both the second volume of the omnibus (i think thats whats its called in english) and the second volume of angel after the fall. still need the volume one of both of those though..
