LOL it just seems kind of...wife beater to me... I much prefer either doing it as a female PC or making her kill the kid. The look on her face when she realizes her little boy is lost is priceless. Course you have to deal with her voice and that long dialogue first...but its worth it. And I have never been able to save a "Kill Connor" storyline yet.



And BTW I really did miss my Mabari in Awakenings. I would have loved some cute Dog/SerPouncealot scenes.

Wait...how do you get to clock Isolde in the face? I may have to do that next time.

I might be the only person in the fandom to really have no major issues with Isolde. Sure seems that way sometimes, anyway.

Isolde esentually started all the problems that led to alot of the village unde rher protection being slaughtered she derserved the punch to the face (infact I tend to let her go through witht he ritual)

Go up to Connor's room, trigger a fight with the demon, she comes in when Demon is defeated and starts wailing over her child. If you survive her +5 mental attack from the wail o' doom then you can choose to stand down or kill the child. If you stand down she kills him. If you say you don't trust her to, you can clock her and murder knife the kid yourself.

BTW you get negatives for doing it yourself from certain group members and positives if you let her do it.  Go figure?

Oh I agree about this mess being largely her responsibility (I think Jowan and Loghain need to share a large load of that guilt too) but the boy I always feel sorry for. He was just trying to help deal with a grown up situation he really wasn't ready to deal with and got caught up in it.  I would sacrifice her before I would kill him (and I have in fact). 

And the poor little guy is so brave, ready to die for everyone else...I have seen him killed but can never keep it in my game.  Its just too much for me makes me cry every time.

I love Isolde!  She should have been a romance option imo!

Alistair (big disapproval) but thats at camp.  Wynne and Leliana disapprove. Sten approves (and I got that approval by long distance cause he wasnt in my group at the time).  If you get her to kill him though Wynne approves I think and maybe Leli. Its small like 1 or 2 but its approval. I think I got disapproval from Sten if she killed him but I dont' remember. that was about 3 play throughs ago. I guess it is cause you chose the "kinder" option to let his mother do it.  NONE of them like it, but they don't stop you from doing it either or turn on you if you do.  Leliana even has to have a persuade check to go along with it.

BTW AListair's nonchalant leaning against the wall...no he has no anger issues with that woman at all ....

IIRC, letting her kill him nets something like +1 or 2 from Morrigan as well.
