ME2 refrence? I lol'd.

Sounds like Monty Python to me.

"She turned me into a Newt!"

*The entire crowd stares silently at the man*

"I got better."

You may be onto something

However

"What do you burn apart from witches?"
"More witches!"

*Why haven't we seen this referenced in anything :|
If it has I'd like to know

During my playthrough of Origins, I decided at the end of the Magi Tower to invoke annulment, and Wynne got in my face and had to be put down. But when I got to Amaranthine in Awakening, she was still alive, hanging around outside the Chantry. She wasn't happy to see me, mind you, but why was she still alive?
Does anyone know?

did we ever consider the possibility that she might be an abomination?

She is already an Abomination. A spirit inhabits her. She just hasn't changed because the spirit has no desire to morph the body like a demon would.

Wynne used a disorient spell on you and put you to sleep. She ran off in fear and left you to think she died.

When you showed up in Awakening, she pretended like nothing happened. Jedi Mage mind tricks fooled you into thinking that she still wasn't worth killing.

The problem with that theory is if Wynne was a Jedi more people would keep her alive.

That's weird.

I was so excited to see her there. It was quite a pleasant surprise.

What kind of demon would it be though?
Rage - Wynne never really gets angry at you much.
Hunger - She doesn't seem to have an infinite appetite
Sloth - Not really a lazy person even if she is old
Desire - I wouldn't call Wynne a temptress anyway
Pride - Shes not big headed enough

Nice one Bioware, the attention to a PC's decisions in the first instalment of the game continue to astonish me...best get myself geared up for the Archdaemon returning at the end of Awakenings for 'Round 2' , probably being ridden by Sten, seeing as I snuffed him out in Origins:lol:

I assume that she is still dead because I didn't see her in my game. There was also no sign of Alistair who was executed. Later my old pal Loghain came to see me and that was happy but short reunion. No bugs for me.

My husband met Alistair and Wynne with his sweet good character, no sign of Loghain with or without his head. No bugs for him either.

Same happened to me for my Evil/Good PCs, no resurrections on both playthoughs.

It's a spirit, not a demon. Talk to Justice if you want to know the difference. :)

*ME2 DLC SPOILER*

See that works fine, because Zaeed specifically mentions surviving being shot in the head.

One line of game dialogue in situations like these is all that's needed. Without it though, it's a gaping continuity hole.

That being said, I still never encountered this particular continuity problem - Wynne never showed up, thankfully.

Just got done with Awakenings and never saw Wynne. I did kill her in Origins. Must be a bug if she was there, I wouldn't think they would make that mistake.
