Well if it IS a new outfit and if there is any fighting involved and femshep is wearing a dress then to be as "realistic" as possible the dress would have to be fairly short (knee length at most) and the skirt part would have to be loose enough to allow free movement. Or a nice dressy pants outfit would be fine. But I would laugh my ass off they have femshep running around in something long and/or skintight while firing a gun and ducking behind cover.

New hairstyles would be my preference, but not what I expect. The F/F romance option isn't going to happen, since Kasumi has no conversation wheel, just as with Zaeed.

We have seen Sheploo running about in a new outfit in the trailer, so we expect FemShep to likewise get a new outfit. A new outfit and hairstyle sure would be nice.  Shepard's probably the most recognizable human in the galaxy. A new hairstyle could only help. Right, Bioware?

Reminds of the scene where Gianna Parasini arrests Anoleis. She's wearing a full length, fitted dress, and comments on her desire to finally get into more comfortable clothing.

Ok, that would be funny ... cutscene of femshep wearing a long, slinky dress and shoes with 5 inch spike heals. She sprints down a hallway and then ducks behind a column as security mechs are firing at her. As she leans around the column to return fire she says, "Why the hell couldn't I have worn my N7 armor! Damn, I hate formal parties!"
