For some reason, my module is not showing up under "Other Campaigns". This option is greyed out in the menu. This was all working fine, then all of a sudden it stopped showing up and the option was greyed out.

I uninstalled everything, reinstalled the game and DLCs, started a new test module (Stand Alone) and area, but still not showing up. Anyone have any ideas here?

I have not installed Awakenings, just all of the DAO DLCs.

Other Campaigns will be greyed out until you export your module. The most likely reason it disappeared in the first place is that you somehow deleted your module from your Documents folder, but we'll probably never know for sure.
