I pretty much have her at her highest approval, have asked her about Travelling Minstrels etc and she still won't mention Marjolaine and i haven't had sex with her yet for something reason. I've engaged in every good dialogue with her, done all the choices she would like etc. What's WRONG?

If you want to enable the console you can go "runscript zz_ran_debug" which will open up random encounters. Then you can teleport straight to the random encounter that unlocks lilianas personal quest
