i have recentally bought ME1 so i can play it before i go on to ME2 and i have installed ME1 and have gotten past the Corfiguration Utility by downloading the patches, but now i'm stuck of a window that keeps poping up everytime i click play to play the game.
it says ( Important Message! The game needs access to the internet in order to verify ownership of this game. Please ensure that your computer is online and try again.)
now i have internet and i my computer is online, does any one know what i could to, to get rid of the problem?

Ah, fun with DRM.
Make sure you're allowing it through any firewalls you have. But if you aren't even getting into the game, I imagine you'd notice any Allow/Disallow prompts that were popping up.
I would suggest contacting EA tech support, since people around here won't know much about the workings of the DRM system.

it apppears that i did not download every little patch for ME1 lol.
for other people haveing this problem, make sure you dowload all the patches.
