cerberus is basically the human version of admiral Xen of the Flotilla

as in, not "humanity needs to be respected" but "humanity needs to be on top"

sorry fellas. i'll help you save our species, but your plans for galactic domination don't include me.

Sure it is natural to gain from someone's loss... for a 3 year old children that can't say what is wrong and what is right. You can't compare a multi cultural, racial culture to animals living in a forest, humanity is past the point where we were killing for food and territory on a daily basis I belive. This is making up out of context arguments and examples that can't possibly be considered as valid in any discussion about human conscience, "good" and "evil" and I must say that I envy you Andor that you have patience to formulate constructive and inteligent replys to those.

3th. I want more for me and for my close ones, than my neighbor does. I want more luck, better stuff or something. We all do, from simple things like a better....lawn to complex things like.....better houses or something. It is what drives us. To want more, to live better, at the expense of others, whether they are animals, plants or the like of us.

This "To want more, to live better," and this "at the expense of others," are unconnected thoughts. If everyone was solely concerned with advancing themselves by pushing down their neighbors, rather than by improving things for both of you then we would indeed still be living in caves and scratching our selves. But maybe you'd have a bigger pile of furs. Until someone kicked your ass and took them.

...remember the romans?

Help your neighbors neighbors succeed, so they help you take your neighbors.

Then help your new neighbor's neighbors, so you take them out next.

Those at your frontiers are enemies, help those behind your enemies, and keep moving.

Hell Romans were the perfect example of this.

You keep forgetting, and I keep saying it, I dont mean agenda personally, a groups agenda for god sake.

2 groups help each other to take out 1 group, then both groups fight. Surviving group allies itself with a bigger group and does it alll over again.

...........

But like the other dude said totally true.

I am all for saving our species but not with the whole domination of every other speciies

Then you'll be tossed aside just like your Turian buddies.

It happens to people, who, you know, want respect, but don't want to back it up.

If politics and history are any indication then I am quite certain that "Cerberus lovers" are in fact in charge.

What history are you reading to think na zism is a model that will likely be a world power in the future?

It has nothing to do with ****sm. I suggest you read a history book instead of watching WWII movies. The Allies didn't fight the ****s because it was "the right thing to do". They were just as ruthless and committed plenty of atrocities of their own. I know it must be easier though to be a complete sucker for propaganda and popular culture. Ignorance is bliss, they say.

Miranda admits they were studying the Creepers and they probably had some connection to the Exogeni research project in Maroon Sea (can't remember the Star or Planet).  However what happened with the Creepers there was not their doing, the people you find clearly tell you they had managed to modify the Creepers to act as obedient servants.  The s*** didn't hit the fan until Shepard killed the Thorian on Feros.  If anyone is to blame for what happened there it's who you see everytime you look in the mirror.

I believe Shandepared meant that people of that mentality (results at all cost, ends justify the means, etc.) most often rise to positions of power be it in politics or business

Merely going on factual parallels.

Racial supremacy, Check
involuntary sentient scientific testing, Check
Expansionist Goals, Check
Facistic supreme leadership, Check

Not exactly a model that is trending towards renewed power.

Actually ,judging by the transmission you uncover on Feros it seems the creepers on Nodacrux went crazy before the Thorian was killed. Who knows what set the moff. Dr. Ross was only speculating. She was clearly wrong though.

Ah, thank you...forgot about that little transmission in the ExoGeni building.

You could also argue the opposite. That it's only instinct for Humans to want to be on the top of the food chain and that's why they're gunning so hard :P

Have to replay and review I was going off the statement of Dr. Ross that tells you they'd been there for days (I think been a while).  I assumed that was meant to imply the time it took to travel from Feros to Nodacrux.

Yes, but you get the transmission on Feros before you've killed the Thorian. The transmission states that something went wrong with the Nodacrux colony and so Exo-Geni has decided to ignore them since nobody knows they are out there. It's a cover-up. Clearly though the creeprs on Nodacrux started going berserk before you took down the Thorian.

You know, it could be that the geth attack put the Thorian in a hostile state and that somehow caused the creeprs on Nodacrux to get riled up as well.

Yeah, I wonder what would the world have been looking like these days, if the Allies hadn't run a couple of tests of their nuclear deterrent on roughly 300000 live subjects, when good Uncle Joe had just swept in one month (!) through a 1000000-strong Japanese army in northern China with his tanks and was raining paratroopers all over northern Japanese islands, and was probably toying with the idea of "exporting revolution" to Paris, Madrid, Oslo and perhaps even London (where a Communist Party member was sitting in the Parliament)!

If you want a popular, yet decent version of what was the Allies attitude towards the Hitlerites in the 1945, watch Paul Verhoeven's latest movie "Black Book". Very insightful, if, of course, you're capable of grasping it.
