Well I still disagree with that reasoning, evil is subjective from their point of view the experiments are entirely justifiable. Only they were failures. So Shepard ran into a few failures how many successes did you think they had?
also @Zulu_DFA that response saying "They are too dead to disagree" sounded EXACTLY like something I would actually say to someone.
