i just recently played DA:j and finished it,and by doing that i recived a new item (helm of the deep)

when i try to download it from "your registered game promotions" tab there is no download link for PC version,in the past i manged to download promo items but now i cannot,why?

You can only download DA:O items in-game.

means that all just I need to is dl/buy DA:O and it pops up in the game ~ Download Content menu?

You can also purchase DLC in-game (as long as you have the required number of BioWare points, and that's assuming you're on the PC).

Once your account has been updated with a piece of DLC - either by purchasing a DLC package or by unlocking DLC via certain criteria (such as the DA: Journeys items), it should appear in the in-game Downloadable Content menu where it will (or should) automatically download and install itself.
