My ordered my Jack lithograph a week ago and it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking number provided said there was an error and it was returned to shipper. Can someone help?

Call them using the phone number provided in the confirmation e-mail they sent you when you ordered it. They'll get back to you pretty quick, if it's during a business day they'll probably get back to you within a few hours even.
