Or at least high enough to get both the unique paragon and the unique renegade missions?
How easy is it to get Paragon/Renegade up to 100%?

I've read that if you get one to 80 that the other one has to at least get to 90 to trigger the other mission so it's GOT to be possible I'm just wondering how much points i need in each to reach 80 and 90 and 100 ect. (This is assuming I have every achievement unlocked btw)

Using the unlimited points glitch is the easiest way.

Even getting both up to 75 percent is a challenge unless you use a glitch.

About how many points does it take to fill up a "block" of the bar? I can probably figure something out...

The Mass Effect Wiki has a pretty good Morality Guide. It mentions that the first morality quest unlocks at 80% and the second at 90%, but I don't know if it's possible to get both up that high without using a glitch. My own experiences, I found I had to be resolutely one or the other for 3/4ths of the game before I unlocked a mission.

I was able to get it to a 100 percent, but probably because I imported a ME1 character who followed the paragon path, from the last game. Making it easier for me to choose the paragon actions and dialog. Though trying to become full paragon alone in the second game, I really have no idea how it works. The top dialog option is usually the good action/ paragon choice.

Importing is a huge advantage

It's the only way to go. I abandoned my half finished non-import game after a friend convinced me to import. Those first three free levels make all the difference in the world.

If you have 5 points in charm and intimidate and are will to use an exploit, its dead simple go to Noveria, and exploit the Lorrk Qui'in glitch. You can also play renegage and use the Elantia monkey glitch.
I've never unlocked both without using a glitch. Not saying it can't be done but it would require some pretty serious min/maxing and wierd roleplay if it is.
