How come BW developers try to answer all of the threads in ME2 xbox tech thread but largely remain MIA in this sub-forum?

How come BW has had the time to make an expansion for DA:O and DLC content, but still have not done anything to fix the bugs in the original game?

It would be nice to at least get the patches that have been out for months as a show of good faith for our patience. I've been waiting since the release to make a pure archer, and the dex fix has been out for over three months yet we have nothing. Why?
I'm really having trouble trying to stay positive about fixes actually coming, first it was all the dlc, then the expansion, and in all that time no fixes?
I've run out of patience, the complete lack of support is insulting to say the least, and I've now lost faith in what has been one of favorite game companies for years. If nothing is fixed soon I'm just gonna trade this in and move on to a less buggy game, as much as I like this game I'm sick of the bugs and glitches that take away from the experience.
