When I start the game, I can load most areas in 5-10 seconds. But after a while, it seems like the PC is just "leaking" resources as it becomes slower and slower.
Now it usually takes 35-45 seconds on each load. Try to count to 45 and you will realize how insane waiting time that is.
Anyone else got this problem?

Happens to me too, and a lot of other people judging by what I've read on this board, some say it's related to a memory leak, but whatever the cause it doesn't change the facts.
Closing and restarting the game will fix it for another few hours though, so whenever it starts lagging just save and do that, there'll probably be a patch to address it soon.
