The social site is where you find all the modules made for Dragon Age, once folks start making and uploading them.

I wonder if the TES mods site would put up a section for Dragon Age... they do all the Bethesda games.

It kind of defeats the purpose of the Social Site, having modules elsewhere. Best to have them all in one easy to use place.
