Here's the story:

I purchased 1600 BioWare points to get the Return to Ostagar and Warden's Keep DLC. I got them but then I realized I had to update my game to the latest version. So I exited out of the game and downloaded the patch, updated the game, and then I come to see how my DLC is downloading.

It's as if I never purchased them because they are in the "Available to Download" section, even though I purchased them and my BioWare points are gone.

It even comes up in my "Point Summary".

How do I resolve this problem?
