I typed in the Promo codes when I got the game. But how come it won't let me download the Dragon Age items?
This is what my Promo Box looks like:
Blood Dragon Armor Dragon Age: Origins PC/Mac ---
The Stone Prisoner Dragon Age: Origins PC/Mac ---
Blood Dragon Armor Mass Effect 2 PC/Mac Download
DA:O Codes

You have to download them in-game.
Boot DA:O up, log-in to your BioWare Social account in-game. then go into "Downloadable Content" and they should be on one of the tabs (I can't remember which).

*sigh* although this isn't the correct forum... you can download and install them manually (see link below); by entering/registering your promo codes authorization usually is granted (worked for me as several in-game downloads were canceled after numerous tries).

It's really stupid when you buy a game, try to play it, and it does not work. Then you have to sign up for there stupid community, and ask for help with something they should already have fixed. Here is an idea BioWare, stop making expansions and do a major patch of the updater service?
I just like to rant when frustrated, don't mind me. =P

This is exactly why it belonged to tech support in the first place.

Believe us OP, we feel your pain. Personally (thankfully) havn't had many issues with the DLC but just the gameplay in general...playing through my first chosen origin again now, and even though alot of the issues were fixed, im still coming across a few immersion shatttering factors...
With respect, and imho, she needs to learn how to make a new thread in the proper forum before we honor her with a response...Valtor232 wrote...
