I forgot to ask Armaas the Qunari Merchant in The Silverite Mines about coming to Vigils Keep. Since you cannot return to the Silverite Mines after completing that quest, there is no way for me to complete the Trade Must Flow quest for Mistress Woolsey.
Has anyone discovered any kind of hack or cheat to work around this (besides going back to a save before the Silverite Boss fight)? I am thinking there must be a value somewhere in the .das savegame file that gets updated when you complete the Vigils Keep dialog option with Armaas that updates the quest. Anyone figured it out by chance?

I did the same thing you did and he still showed up in my last run through. I still had the incomplete quest in my journal though. DA:A is severely buggy right now.

I didn't get an option to ask him back to Vigil's Keep but he did show up unexpectedly !
However, the trade quest never completed. That then means you don't get the trigger to have a stock update for the merchant who stands near Oghren in the throne room. Part of that restock is a rune to complete one of Wade's specials, the shield one. Therefore that quest was left open in my game too.

You have to get Lilith - a random encounter merchant to complete the quest. There are only two merchants as far as I know.
I don't know how rare that encounter is tho'. I got her on my first outing as an AW - going to that first sidequest in the outlying farm after you finish the first set of Vigil's Keep quests. My brother couldn't find her until he found all three NPCs.

hmmm. I did ask him to go to Vigil Keep but he never did show up there and the quest was not complete for me. He said he would go but did not follow through.

It really is. I've been travelling all over Amarinthe and simply cannot get the road encounter for Trade Must Flow to trigger. Bugger...mousestalker wrote...

I did get Lilith and she's at Vigils Keep next to Wade. LOL...it's kind of interesting...I actually did an incomplete playthrough, where I did ask Armaas back to Vigils Keep and he showed up and I had both Lilith and Armaas there, but I had not gone through the little part of the Silverite Mine dungeon where you fight the Hurlock Dragon Tamer, where you get the Fresh Dragon Egg and Keenan's Wedding Ring, which are required to complete two other quests. Once I was almost finished with the game and realized I had two quests that I could not complete related to the Fresh Dragon Egg and Keenan's Wedding Ring, I did some Googling and found out I missed them in the Silverite Mine, so I went back to a save before the Silverite mine and replayed from there forward. In that playthrough, I got the Dragon Egg and wedding ring, but forgot to ask Arnaas to come to Vigils Keep. I really don't want to do another playthrough from that pre-silverite save game to get Arnaas...
Bioware, are you reading this? LOL Please give us the option to go back to the Silverite mine in a future patch.
Despite the little bugs, I am enjoying playing Awakening. My biggest gripe is with the difficulty...even on Nightmare, I breeze through every fight except the boss fights, but even those are pretty easy...
