I'm having problems with getting my character profiles updated and working.  I have followed the instructions on the forum but it's still not working.  Now the profiles I want updating are on the Diagnostics page but not showing up on the manage characters page so i can't delete and try again.  Would it be possible to delete my social.bioware account and then re-create it or would i loose all of my registered game promotions?  Help please.
