bought DAO online from Ebay, new, never opened or used. Got the litle double sided paper with the "Shale" and "Blood Dragon Armor" promo codes. Input the Shale code just fine, downloaded, works. But the BDA one told me to come here in order to activate it, now it seems to be broken. I put the code in on the site went to my DAO game on the PS3, and under dowloadable content there is nothing about the armor, the paper says its valid till April 30'th but when i try to enter the code via the PSN all i get is the "invalid" message. Ive read up on the fixes and creating a new PSN account but i have no idea where to look to find the origins of my game, or my PS3, i dont know what to do to fix this, someone with prior knowledge please help!

same problem here, one thing that i know is that apparently u need to register ur game in this site, just look under ur avatar pic and look for the option to register ur game, then choose dragon age PS3 and follow the instructions. According to the little message that shows up when u do that u should be able to download the content of that game...but i still cant download the blood dragon armor

it was for a limited amount of time, there was fine print before when downloading it when I did... it doesn't mention it on the card, it only said the limited time stuff online before... you got screwed over

I got screwed too apparently. The card says it expires on April 30th, what's up with them pulling it early? Same with The Stone Prisoner.

i have the same problem. i was able to download stone prisoner, but the armor is not working. i hate the method of getting it because it is a way of EA and bioware to make you create a EA/BioWare account

Yeah I don't understand why they didn't just give us normal 12 digit PSN codes instead of the 16 digit EA codes.. I guess to make it cross-platform or something, in other words easier for them...

I'm having the same problem with both Blood Dragon Armor and Stone Prisoner download content. Both redeem codes say they expire April 30th, so that's not an issue. I redeemed under the "redeem code" section in the game's main menu download content screen,. Notcie that the Stone Prisoner DLC disappeared from that menu of availble DLCs. But when I go into the game, no change. Looking at my redeemed promo codes online, it shows I have both redeemed. Help!

Same problema with me, i used the code and the contend disapeared from the menu. i can't download.

Yes, on this site i can see that i have unlocked the blood armor and the stone prisioner, but it disappear on the menu download content from game.

As proposed in the other topic about this, purchasing the Feastday combo pack made them appear for me.

I have the same problem.I was able to download the Stone Prisoner DLC but the Blood Dragon Armor still does not show up to be downloaded.It shows I have redeemed the code on this web and for my lists of promo codes but not in the game.I'm trying to find out how to obtain the set but I can't.

I'm having the exact same problem... I put in the shale code an then the content disapeared from the list an the armor never showed up I spent 2 hours on the fone with customer service just 2 find out they couldn't help...does anybody know 4 sure if downloading the feast day stuff will make it appear

Same problem here. I registered the code here and it gave me the armor for PC and XBox 360, but not for the PS3. Do they even make it for PS3?

I've heard some people have lucked out an received it...I've also heard if u buy the feast day combo 4 some reason u receive it but I'm tryin 2 hold of on doin that till someone confirms it works

Just bought the feastday combo pack and after downloading both I got the flashing little "New Downloadable content available" on the title screen. Went in and voila! The BDA and SP tags were at the top and read "Purchased." Clicked them and it took me to the PSN store where I could download them.



Okay, having to purchase something in order to access your "free" stuff is bull****. No way around it, but it's only three goddamn dollars. For all the hours we've spent trying to sort the problem out it's a relatively cheap solution.



Quick people. April 30th is right around the corner.

another way is to make a Hong Kong psn on a different user and downlaod it on that, then swich to your main ps account

bought the PS3 game today. had same exact problems. Pony up the $3 for the combo pack and the flood gates open to get the prisoner and armor. Wish I would've saw this post two hours ago . (But I guess some people had it WAY worse w/ calls to EA, Bioware, etc so I can't complain). Thanks guys!!!!!!!
