Yeah, I did. Unfortunate, too, since the work-around seems to be working for everyone else.

I've sent in an e-mail to EA support hoping they'll resolve it soon, but I'm not too hopeful. One of the things they told me to try is: "If contents are still not available, please try re-starting the game.
Exit the game completely and then re-start the game."

I wonder if redownloading it would work maybe if u delete the game data but u might wanna make a back up b4 u do...cuz I bought my combo pack an $3 dollars later I had my free DLC!

i just bought DOA and put in both stone and blood dragon armor codes then, after i just quit the game for a breif moment i notice that they were both gone from the purchase list and i did not get a chance to download it. I have already checked possilbe solutions from people and the website itself but none seems to help. Any words or advice that can help me or least a support number for DOA? please.

my armor code worked its just i can download it.. the download column only has --- while the pc has a download button?

As suggested, buy the combo pack and the free content will be avaible for download. It works for me.

Thank you guys for posting an working solution. It still isn't the best one since you have to buy a new content in order to release The Stone Prisoner. But it worked fine to me  and it is cheaper expending more $3,00 than losing $15,00.

Well, the EA guys never helped, So I just went out and bought the game on PC. Honestly, the game's a LOT funner for me on PC, so I bought all the DLC crap again and have had no trouble at all. I hate the fact that I had to do it, but I'm happier now and having a lot more fun on my PC, so I guess it was worth it.

I got this problem with the Armor dissapering on me when it was on my DLC List.. Did Bio or EA finally have too many bugs with the armor to officaly rid the DLC off the game on PS3?

Everybody here have follow instructions as the promotion code stated and nobody have received anything. Even people have check by phone without answer. We can be close to the end-date, but it has to work up to the last minute, and in my case I tried it since I bought the game four month ago. Now that I found this forum I realized I was not doing anything wrong. And the only possible solution is to download a combo prank kit??? This is a complete scam. Is more money was at stake, a class action should be in place........

hahaha can we not get a mod/admin to lump the many many many threads about the same thing? or does BW/EA like their msg boards as chaotic as getting their DLC??
