Why hasn't there been a patch so we can use our DLCs from Origins in Awakening?

Where on the box (or the readme file if you downloaded the game) does it state that some items would not be transferred over?
Most people don't check the forums. A better approach would had been in game. Pop a window listing the gear you had equipped (or in your inventory) that could not be transferred and offer alternatives.
And the same with the Blood talents.
Bioware was being lazy.

IMO - I don't think Bioware considered character import from Origins and just added it on as a last minute feature. Perhaps Awakenings was originally intended to be a stand-alone campaign. However, they must have realized how much more money they could make by including the Origins character import feature. Needless to say, they neglected to include all the DLC gear.
They are working on a new patch right now and who knows, it might include a fix to allow DLC items import.

Its the WK "unique" items that won't, not without a mod.

If you're referring to the items not being carried over, don't overlook the fact that BioWare said this is intentional. If it's not being 'fixed', it could well be because they don't consider it broken.
Sorry but what they will call intentional is what many users on here are calling an oversight and being lazy. If bioware was going to include an import feature either they should have done it right so that all content would transfer or not done it at all...
And let me ask you a question of logic...why was it intentional? Why can I not take my equipment with me on a new adventure?
A half-baked character import just insults the gamers who support your games and a half-baked excuse of it being intentional is the slap that follows. I would have you just tell us it was in oversight on the part of the programmers than to make excuses!!!

I am suddenly not sorry that I am behind on Origins; I haven't yet played Awakenings, and will not do so until its errors are patched.
And Bioware, even as a loyal customer, I will not buy any further DLC until current content is fixed. You're not EA; your fans hold you to a higher standard. Do better.

Hey , I think I'll join you. I won't get any further DLC unless they patch these things that even simple modders could do.

Will any gear you buy at wardens keep transfer ?
No nothing for warden keep transfers except the blood powers . the easiest way to check is to put the gear in question on your main character save and start the process of importing your character into awakening. I tried this with standard gear for the wardens keep blacksmith and my charter was in her small clothes.

They don't on PC. They "transfer", but not really (icons have no name, they generate animations but do nothing).

This is interesting. I thought everything sold by the WK blacksmith was standard and exactly the same as items sold by the other smiths. I mean, he sells some of the same things... I knew the Warden Commander armor, Avernus' robes, and other uniques didn't transfer. But I didn't know that was also the case as well.
