I picked up a full set of armor, gloves, and boots while playing through warden's keep and have not received the set bonus specified in the armor description. I've tried equipping, unequipping, reloading, multiple times with no effect.
Warden plate armor is broken -- not giving set bonus

I'd also like to ad that the ancient elven armor is not providing a set bonus when all three items are fully equipped. So far these are the only two armor sets I've noticed that are broken.

some sets require the 4th piece of armor (aka helmet) to function properly... also if they're not equipped on the main character, bonuses don't show up in the camp-site

Neither of these sets specify a helmet. I'll have to check on the camp thing, but that was definitely not the case with the warden plate, which only my main character was wearing.
