I've been having a lot of trouble lately with small things like achievements , game settings, saves, new chars and so on.
Its all coming from the fact that I dont have my "My Doccuments" folder in the windows default location and it seems that files and folders that should have been created are not.
I have found solutions and work arounds for all but one. My game settings.

Can anyone please tell me where the game settings file is kept and can someone do me the favour of uploading one to some place so I can put it on my PC? I tried creating a blank one and it kept crashing the game.
