 I pre-ordered ME2, got into the DLC area of the social network and downloaded everything on the first day no problem.  Beat the game and now I'm back wanting to download some of the new stuff.

Only problem is, when I click on official DLC, it asks me to buy the cerberus network...  I already have it and registered the code on this account.  I'm 100% positive.

This stupid system is making me angry, I just want the firewalker pack.  


When I'm in the game, both screens are open, so I am connected to cerberus, but I cannot get to the DLC page...where is it?


When I click new content available it brings me to a checkout page for the alternate appearance pack and tells me to buy points...

Ok apparently it's under the "Your registered game promotions" link under my content.



It's a bit confusing.
