I don't know if that's a possible solution, but have you tried leaving the place entirely, deactivating the DLC, force loading, saving again, reactivating the DLC and reloading? Maybe it's not possible with "bigger" DLC like Warden's Keep, but if it works it should reset the quest back to zero and you can try again.

I have the same problem. But why some people can proceed in playing and some others not?

you obviously can't read...others have confirmed this bug that the door won't open..hence he may not even know who sophia is...don't accuse others of trolling when you are yourself

It is the stupid "level up during the fight and not able to enter" bug.

I tried again after getting everyone some xp, so that nobody was leveled in the fight and the door opened just fine.
