This is the most f****d up login/DLC/ingame registration/promotion point or code or what ever its called that I have ever seen.

I bought the game about 3 days ago. Installation went fine.
I did not register it online becuase I wanted to just get into the
game. The game play is very cool, if not a little long winded for my
taste. I got to a point were you have the option to download content
for a quest so I looked into it. You have to register the game on the
website then start the game goto downloadable content, then it has you
create a profile. Here is the problem; when I created a profile even
though I was logged in (with my email address
on the lower left hand corner and it say "Logged in as...") it made me
create an etirely new profile. I had already registered my promo codes
with the preveouse accout, the one it said I was logged into as. So now I am stuck and tired of sifting through the endless forums to get the answers I need.
I was going to buy one of the avaulable content items that did not come
with the game, but if this is how they are going to run things then I
am just going to run away.....

I had a similar problem. I bought the Digital Deluxe pack via steam ($15 extra for 3 items and Warden's keep) and I installed the game and everything but for whatever reason it doesnt recognize that ive purchased the DLC, it just says that i have to buy points to then redeem for the DLC. Anyone have a solution?

same here, and why isn't the download extra content not working !? I keep on trying, it says I have downloadable content, but doens't do anything

Try run the game as Administrator

Yeah i had the same problem...But as i am writing the files are downloading at the moment..I hope they will work in game though but i think it was my firewall that was blocking the dlc and it didnt show up in the downloadable content menu in game so i turned off my firewal and restarted the game and then i could see the dlc in the menu.Try It
