If I was to name one... A REAL GODDAMN SEQUEL TO FF TACTICS DAMNIT!!!! or a new X-Com game.
good game... You can have a chocobo warrior class!!
if it is like the gameboy advanced one then no it is no sequel.

That one. The first one. The good one (even tho the orginals translation was horrible) not the fluffy gameboy advaced and DS ones.

FF Tactics Advance (GBA) actually was quite good. Not as good as the big bro itself, but imho the best SRPG on the GBA. Took me 295 hours to beat it. Wouldn't have survived hospital without it.
Still, yes, I'd rather have a FF Tactics sequel than another FF 7 or FF CC spin-off.

It's also the last FF related game I truly enjoyed, and one of very few games I played continuously without sleep until it was over. I can count the number of games to hold my interest that much on one hand.

I did not mean to imply that FFTA was a bad game. It was not but FFT holds a special place in my heart. It's the story brother against brother friend against friend lies treachery and murder. Something that was kind of rare for games at that time.

I still recall Algus' betrayal as one of the few double crosses that ever bothered me enough to hate a character over. There were just... a lot of moments in the plot that caught me off guard in a genuinely surprising way. A rarity indeed.
Ok, FFT gushing over on my end.

But this is a great way to find out about games. I've looked into some solid titles on this thread already.

I agree. That was refreshing back then. I remember being a little surprised at the ending in particular since it didn't have that neat happily ever after quality. The plot had a fair bit of political intrigue. That set it apart from mainstream Final Fantasy games of the time. Sure, your army eventually *does* save the world, but the world never knew... and Ramza was still a wanted criminal, assuming his identity was ever discovered.

Yes imagine my dismay when I was out shopping for something one day and wondered into the video game store to take a look around. Finding FF Tactics Advanced on the shelf so I immediatly bought that and a Gameboy advanced.
To only find out it took a turn down seasme street

Honestly I do the same. For example it was the middle of January when I found out about ME2 coming out and it was because I noticed the section on these forums
Also where were you 19 days ago?

Nothing official yet, but if they're going to announce it any time this year it will probably be at E3.OnlyShallow89 wrote...
