You'd think that someone who's got such a weird fixation on minor NPCs who only exist to die would at least get their names right.

Thanks for the explanation of how you got through locked doors, though I doubt I'll use it.

Well thats how i did it i just set everyone to hold on the side of the bridge where duncan is and walked to the other side . Then went to the locked gate to the tower

and walked up to it in the corner as far as i could. Then just tapped the S key so my PC would does a 180 without moving away from the gate. thats most important they have to be as close as possible. with their back to gate/or door.

And then just change to follow and at least one will be on the other side of the gate. then set to hold again , you just move the others that are not to other side of gate far like other side of bridge . Move the one one up by the tower and click follow to transport them to you, all will be there now .




I'm having a hard time getting this to work. I'm playing on the PC. I've tried on that gate there at Ostagar and even mundane doors that you can open normally like the ones in the temple where the urn is, and every time my party teleports in front of me or to my side. All I'm doing is running up to the door/gate, tapping s, and then deselecting hold to get them to come. It doesn't work--any suggestions?

I have not tried this but guess it's your position that must be just right before teleporting the team.

Well, I was able to do the lava diving thing on the first try without even knowing where to do it.  This one is proving much more difficult to pull off... tried some 20 times and no mattter where I put myself, my party consistently spawns in front of me.

I suppose it would be cool that they cant die and you can then have 6 chars in your party :L but on the down side they would just be like back-in props as you learn all you can learn about them was learnt in Ostagar.. unless somebody mods it ofcourse

ill reload a save and show exact spot ok "oH!!! wait try it with the other gate its kind of easyer its not as think" after u have one on the other side walk to the left up the hill slowly few pits you cant get out of . dont walk in group . so you dont put  all in pit. ok 


 the one your suppose to go in is tricky , its easyer if you have a rogue/ranger more bodies : )

you must use PC walk up as close as you can  to gate get  as close as you can and just tap the S key so you just turn around (not move away any . if you move try again . do it as close to that guard as you can so he takes up space that one of yours would/might be able to spawn at. Set to hold move each of the three across the bridge in different places (it helps some times) as far as you can apart the better. look out straight through eyes of PC and click follow

ya im thinking of copying zev. file and give it to daveth? see if that would work i have daveth in the fade with me now . hes not on an island but with me. the most i have had is 10 char. 3 rogue/rangers 2 pets each 3 bears 3 wolf = 6 and daveth1= 10 game engine handles it fine . no change at all. im wanting to see how 12 would be . someome might then know it works fine and make a 3 player network game maybe ." pause disabled a must" mabe test yours out against others?pvp? kinda cool idea i think .
