Bioware isn't really known for putting out great DLC. Bring Down the Sky and the Dragon Age DLC packs were good/ok at best.
I didn't even realize Yavin was DLC. It came with the PC version so /shurg.

It's kind of a toss-up between Zaeed's loyalty quest and Bring Down the Sky for me.

Who put you in charge of what counts and what doesn't count. It doesn't matter how or when or why it was developed here. Is it content? Most definately. Is it downloadable? Check. Hence it is by definition DLC. If someone wants to count it in their vote, it is perfectly acceptable.
